Light Refurbishment and Lens Replacement

Over time, lighting systems need refurbishment: cables & connectors can burn out, lenses become crusty and not as optically clear. So, we've set up this refurbishment system to help our customers keep their terrarium in top condition.
The refurbishment includes:
- Replacement of the connector cable or connector
- Re-fitting of loose strips
- Cleaning
The lens replacement option includes a new lens and seal.
If we find other problems with the light sets, we will replace problem components for a nominal fee that will be billed prior to shipping.
Customers who select this service should package their lights in an appropriate box and send them to us. DO NOT send the old lens. Send us:
