Our LED lights were designed to be able to grow high light intensity plants. But, generally, high intensity is only necessary for a couple of hours per day. In order to get a natural, gradual, sunrise, dwell, sunset lighting cycle, an advanced controller is desired.
The TC420 controller from Spectral Designs comes already programmed with several ramping light cycles, and is programmable to your own specifications. A DVD, USB cable, and instructions are included (if you want to program it yourself).
The controller ships for free if purchased with a terrarium.
